Tonet is recognized as a resource person for regulators, operators, and industry bodies and has contributed as an author and lecturer on Philippine gaming law and TMT regulations.
Sam is a technology executive and strategic operator with over 16 years of experience at the nexus of advanced software, regulated industries, and global markets. He leads the firm’s Commercial team, advising multinational clients on market entry, strategy, and venture development across fintech, digital entertainment, and emerging technology sectors. Sam’s background spans leadership roles at a global technology firm (NASDAQ: PLTR) and in VC and strategic finance, where he guided enterprise transformations, financings, and market expansions.
