The memorandum, signed by GLDD Assistant Vice President Ma. Vina Claudette P. Oca and EGLD Officer-in-Charge Jessa Mariz R. Fernandez, reinforces three standing compliance obligations tied to the integrity of gaming operations.

1. NDRP Monitoring and Synchronization. Licensees are reminded to regularly monitor the National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP) and to keep internal systems synchronized with its latest exclusion updates.
2. NDRP Data Confidentiality. NDRP data must remain confidential and accessible only by authorized users within the organization.
3. KYC EnforcementAll concerned parties must strictly enforce Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols across their gaming operations.
