The clock is now ticking on PAGCOR's B2B accreditation framework. On May 21, 2026, the PAGCOR Board of Directors approved a set of transition measures that establish hard deadlines and real consequences for contracted Business-to-Business (B2B) Providers operating in the Philippine iGaming sector.
Here's what you need to know.
Key Deadlines
The memorandum, issued by the Electronic Gaming Licensing Department (EGLD), lays out three dates that all Gaming System Administrators (GSAs), B2B Providers, and concerned entities should be tracking:
· May 31, 2026 is the application filing deadline. B2B Providers that submit their accreditation applications by this date will be permitted to continue existing operations and service provision to GSAs during the interim period. Those that miss it will be prohibited from providing services to all GSAs — and any pending evaluation requests for gaming systems, platforms, or equipment will be returned without action.
· July 31, 2026 is the accreditation completion deadline. All applicant entities must have completed the full set of requirements by this date: the non-refundable application fee, documentary submissions including the probity check report, satisfactory facility inspection and EGS/OGP testing results, and posting of the performance cash deposit.
· August 1, 2026 is the enforcement date. B2B Providers that have not completed accreditation by the July 31 deadline will face decommissioning of their electronic gaming systems, online gaming platforms, games, and gaming equipment.
GSAs are accountable too
This is not just a B2B Provider issue. The memorandum makes clear that GSAs found engaging the services of non-compliant providers will themselves be subject to regulatory sanctions. In practice, this means GSAs need to be actively verifying the accreditation status of every B2B Provider in their supply chain, and not waiting for PAGCOR to flag a problem.

Our Take
This issuance confirms what the industry has been anticipating: PAGCOR is enforcing the B2B accreditation framework on a firm timeline, with no ambiguity about the consequences of non-compliance. The May 31 filing deadline is days away, and the July 31 completion window is tight — particularly for entities still working through probity checks or facility inspections.
If you haven't filed yet, the time to act is now. If you have, make sure every outstanding requirement is on track for completion well ahead of July 31.
